Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks, PayPal, Zelle, & credit cards are accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please call or e-mail at least 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment to avoid being charged.

 

Insurance

Health insurance is not accepted as payment. If your health insurance has an out of network provider option for mental health services, a monthly statement can be provided for reimbursement. You are responsible to pay in full at the time of service.
